My nephews sometimes wear extremely loose pants or shorts when we go out. Make it easier to do their hygiene inspection when needed.

I often allow my boys to go without undies to avoid over warming and squeezing their privates all day long in undies. Do the same with your nephews as often as possible, then their privates will develop freely
