I never had one cavity until last year when I turned 51,and had to get 3 fillings. I was shocked.She said it was just part of getting older. Ugh! And I also protested getting braces when I was 12. I saw how it looked when kids with braces ate Cheetos and if flipped me out! So I still have a bit of an overbite..........but no Cheese Doodles between my teeth!

It wasnβt really that embarrassing. After our baths at night before we had to go to bed and when we woke up in the summertime we would just be In our underwear and a shirt. Just if someone came over we would put on our robe.

yep I wore briefs here (and still wear them) And I still wore underoos at this age too. I didnβt wear the tops to school (I think I definitely would have been teased) but I wore the briefs because they just looked like color underwear when I had to change for gym.

I still wear briefs too. Thatβs a good idea wearing just the brief from the underoos without the shirt! I was pretty excited when I got my first color briefs when I was around that same age. Was sort of excited to show them off in the locker room

Who wants to hear a story about this picture??? Picture it! Sicily, 1922...........No.....wait.... thatβs The Golden Girls. π€ͺ This is Lancaster 1981. I was 11 1/2 years old on this vacation. I thought I was so cool with them small binoculars on my belt. π We weβre going on this horse and buggy ride (my mom didnβt want to go on it because she said she was afraid of the horse. Well...there was me, my brother and my dad and another man and woman who were together. There is only really enough room for the 2 people up front and squeezing two adults and my brother in the back. Our driver was a guy why was around his early 20βs I would guess, well he jumped at the chance and said I could ride on his lap well he drove. (Is that what you would call it on a horse and buggy π€). I think he knew what he was doing when he crammed everyone in for that one ride because when we were riding he kept putting his arm and hand around my π and squeezing with every bump we went over, by the end of the ride I was...letβs say saluting the flag.
